1) Delivery Time
Germany: 2-6 workdays, express shipping inside Germany possible on request.
EU: 5-20 workdays.
Outside EU: Delivery can take between 3-6 weeks from shipping date, depending on the carrier and the country. But in general it is much quicker, so that you receive your item within a few days.
Please also note that our products are handcrafted on request, so the delivery times are slightly longer than you might be used from other stores. You will get an exclusive product that is made specially for you. If you your product for a special date and want to make sure it arrives on time, please contact us via E-mail or leave us a message during the order process.
2) Delivery costs
All items will be delivered from Germany via DHL or UPS.
Germany: free shipping (2-4 days)
Poland: free shipping (up to 2-3 weeks)
EU countries: 16,99 Euro
Countries outside EU (International): 20,00 - 46,00 Euro
Please note: Due to the Corona-crisis, all shipping periods might be longer!
3) Express Delivery
Germany Express: 11,00 Euro (next day)
Poland Express: UPS 16,99 Euro (2-3 days)
EU countries Express: UPS 20,00 Euro (2-6 days)
Countries outside EU (International) Express: 35,00 - 65,00 Euro
Please consider that still all our items are handmade for each customer, therefore express delivery can be completed only after the manufacturing time, which usually takes between 2 and 7 days.
